I assumed it was going to be $25. I didn't ask for pricing. So yes, they got me. Oh well.

Ahh, the nooks and cranny's are a pain to clean but I do like the look. Did you just take fishing line or floss to get it? Did you heat them up first?

Used some polymer picture hanging thread stuff because I didn't have any fishing line. No heat, just get the letters off and used a knockoff 3M eraser wheel to clean it up.

I didn't really care about difficultly to clean, I just like the cleaner look.

Installed an afe sway bar. Took it for a quick spin and it's great. I'd describe it as tightening up the rear and getting rid of any wasted movement. Felt flat through some moderate to easy curves between 60 and 90. Excited to really spin it up in the next couple weeks.

Notes from install:
- How many hockey pucks is it safe to use as a jack extension?

- I'm sure Ford put this here as a redundancy, right?

If you do it. It has strong tape on back but the arc is deep. It will slowly pop off. Load it up with some clear silicone glue, let it dry good. Test its adhesion before driving.
I lost one after the first day. Lol.

Thank you. I am looking into maybe having one custom made by the company below. It will be pricey but it is what it is. Everything I see from my searches are made in China or Taiwan. I have an issue with swapping out my made in USA grille oval with an American flag emblem not made in USA. Thats like hanging an American flag on my house that's made in China - I won't do it!

Whatever floats your boat but a lot of things are made in china these days. Hard to avoid at times.
Good luck.

This company does good stuff. My dad had them make a custom dash badge for his 69 Mustang to replace the crappy sticker MUSTANG one. Said BOSS 600 in the correct Ford Boss logo font to match his fender stickers and Kaase valve cover badges. Quality is great.

Vinyl and screen protection from OCD Plug. Emblems from Emblem City. Didn't get to the front Ford emblem because I don't have the time today. Probably a Monday project.

Did you get the ST from Emblem City? I looked but didn't see any except the painted ones. I bought some inlays from another company but they sucked. Didn't fit right and some of the red showed.

I talked with Emblem City. They only do the ST badges in single colors, so you can't get the fill and outline in any sort of contrast. I wanted to do it with flat black in the middle and gloss on the chrome like the Ford emblem, but no dice. I got flat black vinyl inlays for the ST badges from The OCD Plug. They seemingly make quality stuff and mine look pretty good. If you really get in there close and search for it, you can see a tiny bit of red, but I'm probably not the best applicator. I'll see how it holds up.

Have the A/B/D pillars from OCD Plug yet to do along with the front emblem from Emblem City. Like I said, probably Monday projects.

Is the factory liftgate emblem taped on, or did you need to desassemble the interior trim panel to remove it?
Don't need to disassemble anything. You can pry it loose carefully with a plastic tool. Clean up tape residue whith a 3M-type wheel and you're good to go.

Today I washed the ST. I performed a clay bar job and then applied Griot’s Garage Ceramic 3-in-1 Wax Spray. Turned out fantastic! I’m probably going to apply a 2nd application tomorrow since it’s recommended for ultimate protection.

I would have took it out into the light for better pictures but I'm going to apply another coat of the GG Ceramic 3-in-1 Wax Spray for "extreme durability" per the instructions tomorrow.
