So I picked up my 2025 ST 3 weeks ago. as someone who lioves in the frozen tundra of canukistan I figured I'd do the "smart" thing and get some winter tires. I doubled down and bought 21 inch winter tires for a reasonable price and got hem mounted on the OEM 21 inch rims. My idea was, the OEM rims could be the winter rims, and I could get something nicer for the summer......

Simple right? Not really, I am kinda surprised by how limited the options are for compatible 21 inch rims. I thought I was being efficient, and I'd spread the pain over 2 purchases instead of 1, but now I have the OEM all seasons and no rims for them. I found a set of ROHANA rims that look nice, but If I'm honest they are WAY more then I was expecting to pay, and outside of those rims, I have struggled to find a 21 inch rim, with the right bolt pattern and useable offset.

It feels wrong to go to a 20 inch rim for the summer if I'm using 21's for the winter, so I guess I'll start looking at 22's? has anyone had much luck with 21 inch rims? have I just had terrible luck finding rims or am I just the outlier being silly enough to look for 21's?

I agree, if your keeping the 21 inch rims for winter use, which 21 winter tires are quite expensive, you might as well go for 22 inch for summer use.
My wife wanted to keep the 21 inch oem black rims for summer use and we bought aftermarket 20 inch for winter using 255/50R20 size for which there are lots of options and better pricing than 21 inch. The 20 inch wheel size is a factory option for the ST or I guess St Line now.

Good 21” rims are really hard to find. I’d just go 22s

Any idea why they are in such low demand? it seems odd to me that there are so few options for 21, but 22 is noticeable better....

I'm struggling in my mind to pay for 22 inch wheels AND rims. it almost makes overpaying for 21st make sense....

I just picked up my 25 ST couple of weeks ago, the wheels are just ugly. Your are correct 21s are very limited, I'm thinkin 22s up the road, but why would Ford go away from the black wheels on a blacked out truck?! Secondly the shiny exhaust mufflers, tips and piping, what the heck?? My 22 ST, all the exhaust is blacked out?? I hope someone here will help me out with pictures of their 22 inch wheel setups, with the specs.

21s are an odd size, I don’t know why they’re so in low demand, that’s just how they are.
