You either aren’t actually out of brake maintenance mode, the parking brake did it reinitialize to find its new start and stop positions?

otherwise check for leaks of brake fluid maybe air is getting in the lines?

I used the pedal procedure to enter and exit service mode.
Yes you could hear them both screwing in and out and when I pull the brake button they engage and the rear brakes lock up correctly.

I was able to use the pedal procedure to get it in to brake maintenance mode but no matter how many times I tried it would not work to exit it so that's why I used forscan.

Try to scan and clear all codes before exiting using the pedal procedure.

I had to have someone with frds reset codes before my car let me truly exit. Did you use the factory parking brake motors? Or aftermarket ones that came with the kit?
I used the factory ones off my original calipers and moved them onto my Superforged calipers which helped resolve most of my issues. I have the integrated parking brake rear calipers.

I have the integrated as well and used the factory unit to mount to the Superforged. I reset all the dtcs which forscan is showing a bunch for abs and then ran the initial setup for the rear brakes which was an option in forscan but I'm still getting a lot of sounds coming from what I assume is the abs untit by the firewall on the drivers side as well as vibration in the pedal itself.

Could air have gotten into the abs cylinder? If so I would try the forscan brake bleed procedure. There's a good video of it on YouTube.

I used the super forged integrated motors in rear. I also used FDRS to enter and exit parking brake maintenance mode.

The only time I heard sounds from around the master cylinder was when I was running the bleeding procedure in FDRS and I could clearly hear the abs cycling. It stopped when complete.

Good luck finding the issue.

So I used the Forscan brake bleed procedure and double checked fluid levels and "believe" the lines are all free of air. Got the truck down and back on the ground with no lights on. I pulled down the street and first stop at 10 mph Check Brake System popped up followed by the BRAKE light staying on. It's stopping fine and everything seems to be working correctly with no other lights on at all. Should I see if a local brake shop can sort out this last little issue or just straight to Ford? Thanks for the guidance.
