Why does a "location" always display on my Google Maps Display? I attached a picture of what I am talking about. BTW - It is not my "home" location. Thanks! ​

Try this. Not sure if your profile is in the same place but it is on my phone,

How do I hide my current location on Google Maps?


Turn on Incognito mode for Google Maps

In the top right, tap your profile picture. Tap Turn on Incognito mode.

Try this...

Noppa - it didn't work. The address showing was an address I did add to my destinations (as with all others). It is the one that shows up when I start my car. Thanks for the suggestion.

Just noticed the dang address displayed is flagged as "want to go." Gonna search Google for an answer on how to change it.

Want to go means it’s saved in your Google Maps account. You should be able to delete it there.
