As the title says, I’ve got 2 strut tower brace bolt holes that are stripped. One on each strut tower just spins. I’d imagine a previous owner was zipping the thing on and off with an impact and the captive nuts or whatever is under there became well, UNcaptive Any repair advice? I haven’t seen this problem posted before.

Okay. But how am I getting to where they are? Are they visible from under the strut tower with the suspension out?

The strut towers are aluminum…that’s what’s threaded. Pop off the bar and you’ll see it.

Yes…and that’s why helicoils exist.
Okay. Annoying, but not a terrible solution. Just another thing to add to the list of buying used
