3rd row seats stuck in up position

Hello all, new to the ST world. We got our used 2020 ST and noticed the 3rd row seats will not go down and sounds like only the driver side seat motor is working. Does anyone have any DIY tips to try and get them to go down or any walk-through videos of how to replace the motors myself? I even tried pulling the latch to manually lay the seats down, but that does not work either.

I believe you have to press and hold down the left and right fold buttons until they cycle down and up. That's what I did about 2 years ago when only one of mine would fold up and down.

Welcome to the forum! I know on mine, I have to pull the stap up pretty firmly until it "clicks". There is also a little reset trick you can try. Hold both seat buttons down for about a minute and see if that does anything.

I have tried to cycle the seats and nothing changes. Know of any forums on a walk through to replace the motors or take the seats apart?

Well there is no manual release for the 3rd row seats.
