Hello everyone,
I'm stumped at an issue I'm having with hotter air blowing from the drivers vent compared to the passenger vents, the drivers blend door actuator works to go from hot to cold, I have removed the drivers blend door actuator and manually rotated the shaft/door and everything moves as it should but hot air still flows through.
I attached a few images of the temperature flowing through each vent..
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had this issue about 2 years ago. Solution for me was having my lines, compressor, and condenser replaced.

At first they were saying it was low on refrigerant. That lasted a week or so. Second time I was told it was a schrader valve. That lasted a month. I decided to take it to another dealer and they said the same. Sure enough I was back a few weeks later. After complaining to the service manager he gave me a new tech who was able to resolve my issue.

Mine was CPO so everything was covered under warranty.

If yours has warranty make sure to take it in.
