Hello I am getting the charge system light and it’s intermittent. I have done basic diagnostic checked fuses checked wiring checked the BMS everything looks good. I’ve tried to use the explorer 3.5 charging circuit wiring diagram to see if I may have a loose pin somewhere but it’s totally different then the st. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look or if someone can upload the wiring diagram for the charging circuit with the right PIN numbers and wire colors I can do a little more diagnosing. Thank you in advancd

I see you have checked it, but have you reset the BMS?

How old is your battery? BMS sensor is attached to negative terminal of battery. It has a wire harness that when removed will show that message at startup.

Battery is practically new. And reads good on the multimeter voltage wise

What about pulling the neg terminal of the battery for a few minutes to let everyting reboot. I often get better results that way when getting funky problems that a module reset didn't work.
