Hi everyone,
I'm a little late to the game and have a quick question. Does the fullscreen jailbreak or any FORSCAN setting allow the back up camera to to be viewed in fullscreen mode? I'm considering the mod but want to manage my own expectations before attempting. Thanks in advance for replies.

No. Camera views are unaffected. Really only affects Carplay or Android Auto. Don't use those? Then no benefit.

I doubt the fullscreen jailbreak will ever be able to do this. The camera is available while Sync is still loading. The binaries for AA/AC were the only things changed for the MOD that I've read so far.

I think the only thing that gets you a bigger camera view is the Aviator screen and even then it’s only marginally larger.

Thanks guys,
Saved me from the expense and disappointment managing expectations. Now on to new wheels and tires.

Not really much expense other than the thumb drives to load the software. Personally I think it's a huge improvement over the stock layout. I can't say it's any more or less laggy than it was before the mod, I've never liked Sync3 or the touch screen compared to the Uconnect8 I had in my Charger.

If you have some old 1gb or less flash drives sitting in a drawer, put them to good use by doing the full screen upgrade.

Yeah,
I had a couple of Durango Hellcats and the Uconnect was great.

Is it fairly easy and straight forward?

4 cheap USB drives, 30 minutes to do the upgrade, and patience to get the timing right. 100% worth it unless you don't use CarPlay or Android Auto. Makes the screen look like it should have from the factory.
