mirror power tap how to disconnect this connector?

I finally got the cover off but how the heck do you disconnect this connection? I'm trying to add a Dongar power tap for a dash cam.

Thanks yeah you’re right. Too my old bifocals eyes it was hard to see and I thought it was further back. But I got to looking at splitter cable and it made sense.
need to not be in a hurry.

Dongar splitter worked great.

It's difficult to describe, you gotta be firm yet cautious? I tried using a plastic trim tool but it ended up not having enough leverage to it so I just carefully pulled the whole thing off with my hands. It's probably not as delicate as we think it is.

You can just pull it down with your hands. The clips are metal so they won't break. As @cheetoduster said above, you have to be firm but cautious. The clips really do their job holding the cover in place!
