Stopping by to say hi and introduce myself! Picked up a black 2021 Explorer ST on New Years Eve having spent months going back and forth on what my next car should be. I knew I wanted a performance SUV so I had a fairly narrow search. I looked at the Mercedes GLC 63, Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio and the Jaguar F-Pace SVR. All 3 of those are special in their own unique way and I'd have happily bought any one of those. In the end, the practical side of me came through. I have twin toddlers, so having the extra space and that 3rd row is much needed. I test drove the ST and loved it, not quite as dynamic as other performance SUV's out there, but very impressive.

Joining this forum for ideas on mods, hear stories and just generally enjoy learning about this great vehicle! I'm based out of Wheeling, West Virginia.

Also, you need a “British Army Veteran” option for new members when signing up! ;) I served 7 years for the Queen as I’m originally from the UK, moved to the US in 2018.

I’ll look into adding a more generic military banner that encompasses other countries too.

Welcome, I am fairly new here myself. Seems like a bunch of great helpful people. I have been on other performance car boards in the past, even moderated on a couple for Buick Grand Nationals and there were some real pieces of work. Ty
