The 2021 explorer base model list 18" wheels.
Are the ST rotors and calibers bigger so that 18 s wouldn`t fit
on the ST ?

I’ve never tried it but I’m thinking so. The minute you move to the Street Pack or Track Pack the wheels jump to 21”. I’m guessing to accommodate the brakes.

18” fit just fine with ST Street Pack. Installed 18” from TireRack as my winter set 3 weeks ago with no issues.
