Did your purchase come with the owners manual holder? Bumper guards? Hitch cover?

What did your dealer give you at signing?

Owners manual was wrapped in plastic, no holder.
No bumper guards nor hitch cover either.
Dealer gave me a free copy of the paperwork at signing! LOL

Standard cellophane wrapped owner‘s guide, etc. No built in holder, however, but along with the sales paperwork, was the window sticker. Did you save yours? Over the years I found it beneficial to keep all such papers and service receipts in a folder in the file cabinet. Along with these papers is a printed 2021 Explorer Brochure from the Dealer.
Yes, I also downloaded the electronic version(s), but having the factory printed one is great for showing to friends and getting answers from concerning feature availability for this model year…. I done this for each new vehicle in my stable over the years.
My 2002 Lincoln ‘Hot Rod’ Continental with its Cobra InTech V8 still turns heads, and the folder proves it’s low cost maintenance history.
If you need a printed Brochure for your Explorer ST try your dealer, or eBay, and offer you best price. I was able to snag an extra copy for one of my sons at $5.
Time to get one reasonable is sooner than later…..just a thought!

There’s a link to the Owner’s Manual in the FordPass app.

There was a clip in the glove box that is probably what is being referred to as the "holder". Ford tossed this two-cent piece mid-way through '20. Even though it is a separate part that screws in to a pre-molded hole, you can't buy it separately. According to the parts guy at my local dealership, if it breaks, the entire door assembly would need to be replaced. Brilliant. At that, there's no guarantee the new doors would even have the clip.

My dealer gave me a some immediate warranty work for damaged trim parts they had missed during detailing pre-delivery. Still waiting for everything to "come into stock"...
