Ford Explorer ST Vehicle Order Tracking

In our case, the vehicle arrived one afternoon. Since my wife had never seen one, I took her to the dealer for a look just before closing time. They put it in front of the store for her preview, still not prepped. They had it prepped it and performed the required rear camera recall so that we were able to complete the purchase the following afternoon.
So I did the shipping company search and United Road was the only one that had information for my VIN on their website.
I went ahead and contacted them and this is their reply:
"I took a look into this order, but we aren't the ones Delivering this one. While you can look up the VIN in our system and find this order, it likely appears blank or marked as "Inactive". When Ford wants a vehicle moved, they create an Inactive order in the system of every carrier they use but only actually turn on the one order once they pick who moves it. Since ours is still Inactive and hasn't been touched since the 15th, it's very likely we aren't the carriers for this one. I would recommend talking to the dealership who you bought this from and have them reach out to their Ford Rep, as they should know who will be Delivering this unit."
I did a search again this morning and now it shows up on palsapp as well. I'll reach out to them to see what they say.

We’ll I just received an email from United road. Kind of confusing but it has a delivery time stamp of 8am this morning. It’s not supposed to arrive until the earliest of 12/16. I tried to activate my Ford app on the vin and it’s now pending and asked me to confirm via the touchscreen. I’m gonna do a drive by the dealer and see if it’s actually there. More to come!

it was delivered to the dealer yesterday, prepped and picked up today. It’s a fun ride already. Trying to lay off the throttle a bit until she gets some miles on her.
It was a long wait. Late July till now. A couple weeks earlier on the order and I think it would have been a 21.

My post above was incorrect. UnitedRoads sent me an email with information yesterday saying it was shipped. They sent another email today with a shipment also going to my dealer but this time it had all different vehicles. I looked at the vin on what I thought was mine and it is not. I guess they send emails every morning for shipments to the dealer where your expected to receive it… guess I’ll keep waiting.
Using the desktop version of United's site, i can actually see all the vehicles that have been delivered by united to our dealer... I only see 1 2022 vehicle in the last month, and it was a F350... but they did get a few 2021 Explorers delivered recently. Looks like there are a couple 2022's awaiting pickup at the yard, but I dont see any green ones. (but... they have my Grey listed as Light blue on their site... so who knows).
Yeah I’m not sure how they decide what vehicles to deliver. For example, mine was available for pickup 11/24. Still pending pickup. Yet 2 broncos and a f150 was just delivered to Chapman this morning. These vehicles were available for pickup 11/30. Like what are they waiting on?? There is Iike 5 vehicles including mine that were sitting there before those 3, yet they were delivered before ours. No clue.
