Just bought a 2020 white explorer ST for my wife
Current plans

50/50 raceport blowoff valve

something for the exhaust wife wants sound

Tune, either ZFG or add meth and get a tune locally.

any suggestions to the above?

FYI my personal daily is a 2015 sierra with a Magnuson and Alky control system spraying straight meth, full length headers, 6psi. Tuned by east coast supercharging. After driving the ST we are gonna need to turn up the boost!

With just a good tune *cough* ZFG *cough* and an E30 mix you can run mid 12's in the quarter and low 4's 0-60 all day. Go all out for around 10K and your in the mid 10's

No E30 in NJ, but I live 20 miles from powermist racing and bthere meth by the 35 gallon drum.

I will most likely go ZFG but Meth is not out and meth cannot be tuned remote.

Do catted down pipes change exhaust note?

you don't buy E 30, you mix it. you test the E 85 in your area and the 93 for the ethanol content. then you use the ethanol calculator on the ZFG site to get an E 30 mix. it tells you how much E 85 to use and how much 93 to use.

I don't see most ST owners getting a tune, much less spending 10k for a mid 10 sec SUV! But whatever.
