Things are trickling in. The front Rotora kit came today.

These are the not yet anodized pre-production parts I had for testing. If you’ve seen the other diff braces on the market this doesn’t need an explanation.

The brace looks interesting. I was hoping it would be something that took advantage of the existing bolt hole in the differential cover which could be accomplished by a similar milled part with bushing mounted inside the subframe instead of under it; such that the bolt could go directly into the differential cover. However, if Ford has stopped making the differential covers with two bolt holes, then this is a more universal configuration.

I’m happy with my AWR mount but I sure would have waited for this product if I would have known it was coming. very nice!

It’s not a cheap part compared to the others…but the quality of construction and components put it far ahead of anything else on the market.

@UNBROKEN Is this brace being held together by that (1) bolt or am I missing something. I am also not a engineer so I may totally be missing something and could use some education.
But looking at other braces on the market, none of them pivot, so why are these (2) newer ones?

Like the AWR brace, this does exactly what it should do. It's certainly well-designed and beautifully fabricated, but it's also much more expensive.

I didn’t design the part…I’m no engineer. But the 2 guys that spent a couple of months designing, 3D printing and testing it out are and they do this stuff for a living. I have to defer to their expertise.

16” front with 8 piston calipers. 15” rear with 4 piston.

I think I forgot to mention the hot side piping from FenFab…that’ll be here next week. Just doing it to try to make the ugliest engine bay in history a little more interesting.

Very nice. Should be a heck of an upgrade over even the RB ones. Look forward to hearing how you like them once they’re installed and you’ve had some driving time with them. Although I suspect I know what the answer is going to be since you don’t fly blind into these things.

This is actually my second set of these brakes. They stopped my Ram R/T on a dime.
