Screen going black

I have an issue with the screen being black after turning on.

I can reset it with power and next track, but it has been happening more and more often.

Any idea what would cause it?

This happens to me daily, but never when I want it to. It’s been going on for a few months now. Unfortunately I make an appt at the dealer and it won’t do it, so they tell me they can’t fix it. Even with several videos showing a completely black screen. Let me know if the update helps, it’s really obnoxious to have 0 screen controls.
