Hello all! Just picked up a 2020 Explorer ST last Wednesday. So far I love it! The only issue I have so far is why does miles to empty not work properly? Ive got a full tank and it says 85 miles to empty. Looking forward to modding it and making some serious horsepower.

I'll get some pictures tomorrow and add them to the forum.

Welcome.
I'm guessing that calculation is likely based on the limited fuel consumption data. Maybe it had a lot of idling time and the fuel economy shows high.
As that number changes, so should the miles to E. Have you tried resetting everything and see if that changes it?

Congrats and welcome.

That is odd. Run a couple of tanks to see if it changes.

I'll give it a shot and see what happens. I drove it today and the miles to empty are slowing increasing. Its up to 135 miles to empty with over 3/4 tank of gas

I filled it up the day I bought it and reset everything but no luck
