Stereo issue after blue screen update by dealership

Hey all. Hoping for a little help. Today the dealership did both recall for blue screen and bolt. My screen is working perfectly but no sound. No beep when touching the button, no radio, no music, no sound at all. I have an aftermarket PAC AmpPro, am and sub. I’m sure it has something to do with this. Any suggestions? Text my stereo guy and he gave a few suggestions but nothing worked.

Did you try rebooting Sync (PWR + FFWD... hold down both until reboot)?

Is your SYNC up to date? The current version is 23188

Yes. No luck

I'd run a diagnostic using Forscan if you have it.

Stella, have you checked your SYNC version? If your on 22251 that may be the issue. The newest one is 23188
