Hey guys, I have a 2020 ford explorer xlt with 100k miles and was wondering how hard or even if its possible to put the st motor in instead replacing the stock motor. any feedback would be great thanks

You would spend 2x more than if you just bought an ST and sold your XLT. Electronics would be a nightmare to source and replace. It would be more hassle than it is worth. Your XLT should last for a lot more miles though why are you considering a motor?
