Put on the ford accessories hood bug/rock deflector.
This one has standoff brackets so the explorer lettering can stay on hood
It also comes off very easy ..6 screws for cleaning under and waxing
Looks great!!! I see you got a friend just hanging out! lol

Was detailing under the hood a few weekends ago and decided I didn't like the gap between the CAI and the front frame with all of the wires... So, decided I needed to create a cover for it. Got the metal bent and cut but not painted yet. That will be a job for a future weekend. Here are some pics of it and the area in question... Once painted I will post up some additional pics.

On today's episode of What have you done to your Explorer ST, I got the front windows tinted to mach the rear. I received 1 of my 2 boxes for my exhaust so that has to wait till next weekend.

Exhaust is next, and then the Black Rims. I will be getting the 21 inch ST style. I am no fan of the 20 inch polished look. Also I will be painting those calipers Red soon as well!

Spent a week ripping the ST on the new GooseTune (E50) couldn’t be happier! However, i collected several bugs and insects along the way. It was bath time for ST (yesterday)

Ford accessories page, I believe they still have them.
Thanks, I’ll check them out.
I also see what looks like the Diode Dynamics trailer hitch light.
I have that on mine. It’s a very good upgrade.

Got some stuff done this week. Wheels and tires mounted and balanced, gearhead auto octane tune and J&L oil separator installed. Next weekend it’s H&R’s, paint correction and maybe exhaust . IMG_5376.jpeg

Picked up the 25 last week, installed the AFE cold air intake, strut tower brace, J&L catch can, Redline hood struts, and half installed the CVF Intercooler.

Ford changed the connection from the intercooler to the charge pipes, so I'm now waiting on some AFE charge pipes.

Next is Thermal R&D 3.0 in Exhaust, down pipes, some stuff on the underside and roof rail delete. 20240819_115054.jpg

If you can, please post pic's of what changed and what you did to fix it. I might install a CVF innercooler next spring and If I do, it would be nice to see what else I may need ahead of time and before I dive into that project.

The new stock charge pipes don't seal to the aftermarket intercooler, and instead of 2 hose clamps(jubilee clamps) on each side it's a single spring clamp.
See pictures.

I hope I can just swap the charge pipes out, as I was planning on doing it eventually anyways.

Have had my ST for almost 2 weeks now. Baby steps:
- TuxMat floor liners
- 3D Kagu cargo liner
- J&L Catch can
- Some black valve stem caps (showed up with green plastic and one was missing...¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )
- The aluminum ST pedal covers

Still researching parts, but have a list of ideas going. Probably going to do some suspension pieces this fall along with the differential brace and move into power modifications around the new year.

In the meantime, having a blast driving this thing! First time I've had a fun car since selling my 370Z a little over 10 years ago.
