I don't have any error codes yet. I'm sure it will eventually happen as it is slowly leaking. Do you think the dealer will still address it, or make me wait until the code appears?
Dealers tend not to do anything until a code appears. With just a leak, the dealer will be replacing only the O-ring with the revised part. That said, I externally sealed the FADA leak with Permatex red sealant and also Permatex spray sealant, after cleaning with brake cleaner (as mentioned earlier in the thread). It's been a year and the "fix" has held, so it must be a low pressure leak. It's quite possible the FADA fails because it drains all the oil from the front differential.

With the help of @Cdubya I did a thorough external sealing (over 24 hour process) and it is fixed.

I take it that they only replaced the O-Ring based on my invoice.

Yes, but they also replaced the driver's side half shaft for some reason.... was the boot leaking grease?

Yes, it was. The transmission was leaking too, but they couldn't replicate it.

Do you have any pics of your permatex fix?

Another winner here, thankfully fully covered by the powertrain warranty. I'd like to also say how much I appreciate this forum. It helped me be proactive and check it closely since the dealer hasn't said anything during Quick lane oil changes. Perhaps they don't remove the deflector since they pull from the top. Another leak getting the FADA TSB done as soon as dealer gets the parts in! 2021 at 48k for another data point.

Hopefully they do the full FADA TSB and not just O-ring replacement.

Hope so too. I just got a Shift System Fault today so it looks like I need to tow it in.
