At 40,000 miles on my 2022ST, the door seal that surrounds the entry to the driver's seat/compartment is torn right where it runs along the running board. I've probably dragged a foot across there a few times as I came back from two hip replacements that were very successful. Anyway, that seal appears to be one piece surrounding the driver's area on the car, has a tear in it and a chunk missing bigger than a quarter. Anyone had this replaced by the dealer? I don't expect any sort of warranty coverage, just want it back looking awesome.
Any info appreciated, ...and if you also replaced the panel that is topside of the lower edge of the door, I'd like to know more.

Thanks.

I believe it’s just glued in. Easy to take off and pop back on hardest part would be dealing with the adhesive. These cars are still pretty new so I don’t think many people have done this.
