They do both? My dealer cant hear rattle but they’ll fix the one I think is rattling. Some bs. I told him i believe its the left size. Then tells me they are on back order and 3 police cars are ahead of me. I was pist and said if you’d have believed me, this would have been done in a few days...

You ought to call Ford (dealer) about it. I believe there is a tsb or ssm on it. Saw it a week ago when I had access. See if your year falls into that timeframe. Couldn't hurt. They should be able to look it up in their OASIS system.

Thanks. I figured. Was looking at the workshop manual for that. Just need Ford to say ok. Ya figured they’ve had this issue on the ssm notice. They cant see it’s been happening. Seems they want to see how far they can stretch this.

Prob is everyone heard. Some of these folks need to go deeper and find out what was the cause of the alleged bad strut replacement is. Be weird and sad just to be where a bearing replacement would suffice. My dealer is still waiting for the mothership engineers to tell them what to do...
