For anyone having issues with fluid coming out the breather after the swap it appears the current breather tube fixes the issues - L1MZ-4A058-A 2 highway drives, 45min and 30min and no leakage so far. which i would have had some previously. super easy to swap the breather tube as well...

a used one is probly fine. youll still back up ur current units config and write it to the "new" unit

Well fun update, did the swap in its many hours of glory but now have fluid puking out of the vent hose and the fix actually looks like a warranty concern on timberlines only with ford. TSB 205-02 SSM 51098
