Adding BOV to Non-Equipped ST w/o Tune... Issues?

Has anyone noticed any ill effects from installing a BOV on an ST that was not factory equipped, without accounting for it in the tune?

I am planning to upgrade the IC and charge pipes and would like to add a BOV as well, but obviously the 2025's are still locked.
