I'm looking to upgrade stock 21s for 22s. I'm not a fan of super wide tire in the front therefore looking to go with staggered setup. What are your thoughts on the following setup:
Front: 22x9 25mm offset, 275/40R22
Rear: 22x10.5 40mm offset, 315/35R22
Tires are identical in diameter.
Will I have any fitment issues with rear wheels/tires?
I'm also going to be lowered on H&R springs.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Why don’t you like a square tire setup all around? Kind of useless on these cars to have a staggered setup.

Go +30 on the rear wheels but honestly a 10.5 wheel with 305’s square is perfect.

Will +40 rub on the shock. Want to keep wheels in line with fenders as much as possible. Maybe even a little tuck

My friend has 305/40/22 on his and rubs at full turn both sides in the front. Also, I had some big tires on my f150 325s all around and ended up replacing power steering twice. Once under warranty, second time - myself.
Just want to make sure that 315 with +40 will clear rear shock.
Thank you

+30 is perfectly flush with fenders. +40 is really inset in the wheel wells.

Your friends car rubbed with 305/40’s because of the 40…not the 305.
I came up with the 22x10.5 +30 fitment with 305/35’s back in 2020 specifically to ensure there’s no rubbing.

22x10.5 with 305/40 and a +32 offset does not rub all the way around.
Thank you. I'm just not a fan of super wide tires in the front. My other option was 295/40 all around, but there aren't many tire choices.

Are those headlights tinted? If they are, how is the light output at night. Ty
Yes both foglights and headlights have Lamin-X tinted overlays.

It's been so long since I put them on that I don't remember what my headlights were before but I do remember it was noticeably not as bright but still bright enough that it didn't bother me.. I've never had an issue at night.

Some tires will. All 305’s are not created equal. The brands that run wide will rub…brands that run true to size or narrow do not run in a 305/40. A +35 offset with a 305/40 on a 10.5 wheel seems to be really safe from rubbing no matter the tire brand.
