does it pop off ...for when you need to tow something or is it bolted on

It’s held on with a toggle bolt

I'm gonna grab one of these while they are on sale at Leathal Performance. It's simple but looks really nice.

On thier website...tons of options..does center piece come off or is it whole thing to tow a trailer

It’s all one piece. When you want to use the hitch you just take it off.
