Interesting. Didn’t look at routing options last time I changed fluid but i might have to peek under there.

Same here, I don't remember what clearance looks like directly above the transmission. Also, these are on Ebay much cheaper, and they all list the F-150 up to 2023. I know the 10R60 (what I think all STs have (?) and the 10R80 listed are very similar. I'd "assume" the plug threads are the same, etc.

I’m sending pictures tonight of the trans tunnel and engine bay areas.

This would be a God-send for checking trans fluid levels! I hope he can come up with something! I'm in.

Let us know what he comes up with. I was going to make my own until I saw the F-150 version...sounds like that one won't work. I think the threads are M18 x 1.5. I was thinking of an AN fitting at the trans, then either bending and flaring a tube or using -8 or 10 flexible. Trick then is to find a dipstick that works...shouldn't be too bad either way. Until I find out the routing is ridiculous and not worth it, Lol.

Pretty simple…there’s not enough room. So it…won’t fit.
Can you elaborate on where/why it won't fit? Are you intentionally being vague?

That's one way to put it.
Edit: most would appreciate a little more information. I guess you don't want to share that, or can't?

The trans dipstick is on the fill plug of our trans. Directly above it is the driver side floor pan pretty much. I don't see how we'd be able to fit a dipstick that can be accessed from the engine bay.

Unbroken is always straight to the point with no bs. He has tons of knowledge & has earned a ton of respect from other members on here. If he says it will not fit then believe him. But hey that is my opinion. Buy the part & see if it will work out or not. Cheers

This may be a little extreme, but could there be a trap door made in the floor pan to access the trans dipstick? Back in my Army days we had a truck that was manufactured with this type of door in order to easily check the fluid level.
