I have driven close to 2000 highway miles after the bumper removal, with most of it using Blue Cruise, and have seen no issues so far. It tracks straight and all functionality has been spot on.

Thanks for the follow up, told the body shop to just stick to switching out the badges.

Body shop wanted to scan it for codes, I’d already let him know that we wouldn’t be recalibrating, tried to scan it and told me it was too new for their equipment to scan. 360 camera seems good. So you were definitely all correct, nothing to worry about. Dealer did say they would calibrate my camera for $180. Not planning to do that either. Thanks again for the advice.

Did you need to recalibrate the cameras after removing grill/bumper for emblem installation?
Why would you need to recalibrate to begin with? Is the camera off position? I dont think anyone has experienced any issues when removing front bumper, I didnt

Body shop initially suggested they might need to. But they didn’t know. Emblem City asked a respected shop and they said that Ford recommended it, as well. But like you said no issues found by anyone on the forum.

@skylercolwell Did you ever figure out the shutter error code? I just installed my CVFab IC and removed the shutters, leaving the assembly and the motor, and am now constantly getting a "shutter travel min/max" code. Based on research it seems like some folks are lucky and dont get a code and some are lucky and get a code...both are doing the same thing. Any tips?

No, I just left it as is. CEL remains, still doing research if there are any trim levels that came without shutters so I can test their As Built.

I have been out of town for a couple months. Hoping to get back at it once I return.

Awesome, if you’re able to relay what fix you find to code in ForScan, I would be much in debt.
