^^Have you tried calling them? I got through very quick.
I did call them, and the person to whom I spoke (super professonal and helpful) said they thought it was only with H&R Springs, but I reiterated that I had stock springs. So I asked how I can get a revised version. I didn't ask for a free replacement, but it sounds like that is what I'm getting (after giving them my order #). The person who originally fulfilled my order is supposed to get in touch with me about coordinating and getting me a replacement. The person also said today (Black Friday) was crazy and I totally get that. This may take a while to get me one and I'm fine with that. So we'll see how that goes. :)

You are definitely right that it is with stock springs, and maybe H&R as well.

I think it just comes down to drop preference. I have the Steeda springs and rear sway bar and am very happy with both. The quality of the Steeda springs really is top notch, the powdercoating is very good quality, and even though listed drop is 1 1/8", after settling for a day, I think my final measurement is more than that. There was a rumour awhile back that Steeda springs werent progressive but rather linear. That is incorrect. The Steeda springs are progressive, just like the stock springs and the H&R springs. The ride does feel similar around town but when you push the truck into corners it definitley feels stiffer and more planted. I made the mistake of doing the sway bar and springs at the same time though so its hard for me to separate the variables.
Just to correct this comment, the OE springs in the Explorer ST are linear, both front and rear, they are not progressive.
