That you got rid of your PP2.. Although the thought has crossed my mind to trade my 18 Kona PP2 in on an ST and go down to a single vehicle... decisions decisions..

Oh I didn’t even comprehend the PP2 part. I thought you meant the ST was the wallpaper. Lol

I do miss the PP2 sometimes though I’m not gonna lie. The sound of the V8 and rowing gears was relaxing. It would make me smile every time.

Tough decision indeed!

I really wish I could have found a magnetic PP2. And now I'm going back and forth about black or magnetic for an ST. The dealer has both, but the magnetic isn't a street pack and the black is.

unfortunately that decision becomes easy because as everyone has noted--the street pack is a no-brainer, must have...

Mann I took a road trip for mine I wasn’t playing street pack was kinda sold me on the entire over all look. I’m curious if anyone got the high performance brake package. And driven both to see if there is a difference on braking

I have HP brake package (formerly called Track Pack) and while don't regret the purchase because the truck was a fully loaded on the lot COVID special and I didn't really "pay" for the upgrade, I wouldn't bother with it. The brake pads didn't really feel that much more grabby or powerful even after repetitive braking on a long winding road and they squealed like crazy. I actually took off my HP pads and put the stock ones back on (my dealer had tossed them into the back seat--the HP pads are a dealer installed option).

I'm working on a six-piston upgrade instead--which is what the "track pack" should have been.

Ah thank you! For the detailed explanation! I was curious if it was worth getting before tune

I really do like the magnetic gray that was offered (same color I have on the Edge right now) but for 2021 they dropped it for the Carbonized Gray which is what I opted for. I hope it's a decent looking color when I see it in person finally next month (fingers crossed)

That’s the color I really wanted but opted for black for 2020 as I needed a vehicle and the deal I got I couldn’t pass up especially the 0% finance

Well I pulled the trigger.. PP2 is gone.. 2021, Carbonized Grey, bench seat, street pack, tech pack,, and the other stupid over priced meaningless options..

Adulting sucks doesn’t it? Lol

For an SUV it gets up and it’s definitely come in handy for us. If you tune it you won’t notice much of a speed difference between it and the PP2. I had to change out the exhaust ASAP though because it’s too quiet. Nice color.

The Michelin P4s's on the PP2 didn't do much in 6" of snow...lol.. And my old 7.3 Powerstroke doesn't start too well when it's -20 and I can't plug it in.. Priorities definitely change..

I completely agree about the exhaust! I've listened to a bunch of clips, and think I might end up going with the Magnaflow 19515. It's been a while since I drove an auto, and it's taking a bit of getting used to again!
