When you make a post and load your pics hit the “full image” button then post. It’ll be a lot easier to see your pics.

Another day of progress! Next up magnaflow mid muffler (internal x pipe design) then out to two rear small mufflers. We ordered both vibrant and magnaflow and will see which works better with the design, they are slightly different dimensions.

I’m not sure how anyone could afford this technician’s/artist’s time. He’s phenomenal.

I'm really happy people helped me find this fabricator and can't wait to see/hear it all done! I'm not sure what else is even left as an option for performance at this point. Upgraded turbos would be next until an intake is available.

Very nice work. Can someone PM the approximate price for a complete system. Thanks.

Think we’re all interested in seeing that.

Greetings from Commerce Twp...
I really gotta stop looking at all these upgrade threads... I can hear my waller begging for mercy... lol
I already have a Borla Atak cat back, bought it used from someone who sold their ST back to ford. But, I see threads like this, and start thinking... Hmmm, I bet that would sound better, look cooler, add 1000hp (lol)...
I need to find someone to install the exhaust I have, and maybe the SPD downpipes, if I end up ordering them. Trying not to go too crazy with my ST, as I've done that with a previous car, high end audio, supercharged Expedition, and the engine blew, and the audio ended up sucking. Just a bunch of problems, and I swore I'd never do it again. Here I am 14 years later, wanting to deck out my ST, but still keeping things in reason... lol. (yeah, right). Maybe the wife won't notice the new CF steering wheel. lol. Not sure if that counts as, Keeping things within reason....LOL

Hey, I'm out in Troy. I said the same thing when I grew out of my 400hp SRT-4 about 14 years ago, lol. Here I am throwing exhaust, springs, intercooler etc on the ST. Most exhaust shops should be able to put the cat back on for cheap. I'm a novice (my brother is a pro mechanic, luckily) and it's a really easy job. The DPs on the other hand....install could get expensive.

We should all try to go for a cruise sometime! Relatively close to each other.

Yes downpipes suck to remove but rest is easy. We’ve all swore off modding at some point at least on certain cars. This was supposed to be my stock daily driver...yeah right.

Mid muffler comparison vs Borla - purposely went for a bigger Magnaflow mid muffler with internal x design so we could go smaller on the rear mufflers. Excited to be running dual x pipes - can’t wait to see sound it produces.

Rear muffler options compared to Borla. Bigger is vibrant option and smaller is Magnaflow option (both smallest options in oval shape). Will see how each works fitment wise.

Which big Magnaflow is that? The big 5x11 PN 12599 is the only one with an actual X inside. The smaller 5x8 is a long internal Y...you definitely don’t want that one.
I figure you got the right one...kinda posting this for reference for others.

Exactly - Magnaflow PN 12599 is the mid muffler I have shown in the pics above.

The resonators are Vibrant PN 1794.

Will post the rear mufflers details once we decide on which to go with.
