As much as I dig these things and as good as they look with nice wheels...I still can’t believe Ford stuck us with these hideous brakes. A real caliper upgrade should at least be an option.

Agreed. Since the caliper bolt spacing matches a few Brembo calipers, I'm sure it was in the works at one point. Honestly, the Street Pack brakes should be standard on all V6 Explorer/Aviators, and some Brembos and optional upgrade.
