I wish they’d have interior videos.
I’m not digging the raspiness of either.

hard to make a V6 sound good.
I thought the same thing. I saw somewhere that another owner did an exhaust mod for about $150 and it sounded good. Trying to find that thread now.

I think s-type, but I struggle a bit to put them in different potions as they are quite similar

You have the videos labeled backwards. Top video is ATAK and bottom video is S-Type.

Im really not digging either sound. Looking forward to see what magnaflow comes out with.

i reached out to magnaflow to see if they get something going.. i also reached out to kooks headers.. they said they have nothing in the works at the moment.. but they took note of my inquiry.. would you guys mind also emailing kooks in the hopes we’ll get a variety of options for this platform?

Got my Borla installed yesterday. Here are a few iphone vids I took real quick. I like the sound. Only noted a very mild drone around 50 mph if you are chugging along in 8th gear. It is very mild and only noticeable if you are listening for it with the radio off. http://instagr.am/p/B9Z3HMaJSzP/

Disappointing sound. Like an imported 6 cyl. compact with phart can exhaust can.

Agreed. It's very hard to make a V6 sound good.

For the money spent on this system, it's definitely disappointing.

just shit all over this guy’s new exhaust.. and it’s not cheap

i’m an aluminized steel straight pipe guy myself.. i guess i’m gonna have to have something made custom by a local shop

If you’d like to share I’d be interested to see what you can come up with to make the ST sound better

i have no idea how to manufacture an exhaust.. i was stating that this poor guy bought an expensive exhaust and we’re over here talking shit about it.. (i technically didn’t, but we are a group after all)

i personally like the sound of aluminized steel over stainless steel myself.. so i will more than likely have a muffler shop make me something custom.. at which time i will report back with impressions and videos
