I noticed I lost the ability to start\unlock\lock from the app. I did a master reset, reset the ford pass, and also disconnected the battery for 10 min. I now cannot get the ford pass activated, one thing I noticed is there is no serial number\ID listed for on board modem. I cannot turn the hotspot feature on as well. Does this mean the onboard modem is dead?

Just a update on this worked with Ford Support and then level 2 support. Basically if no ESN for the modem is displayed it indicates that the TCU needs software reloaded or the actual unit is bad. Have an appt Nov 8th to get the back up camera recall fixed and having them take a look at this as well.
