Probably my favorite pic of a truck I used to have.

Did you subframe yours? I would imagine that in stock trim they rode like a rock wagon. Cool truck.

So yes and no--new suspension yes, but I didn't use a subframe from another vehicle. We did a custom 4-link rear with panhard bar and a weld-in Heidts IFS up front with 2" drop spindles. It also got a blueprinted stroked 350ci, new 4-speed trans, and Ford 9" rear end. It was a really fun truck to own and drive.

Lol, it certainly did. I got it from an apple orchard in CA so it had overload leaf springs too--it was in amazing condition but literally bounced going down a paved road when it was stock.

I always loved the look of this version of the ford GT, I actually like it better than the new model
If my failing memory serves me right, I could have bought one of these for around $160,000 in 2005. Turned down the offer.

They were still new in 05-06. Sticker was around 137K for a base model. Now you need at 300K to even touch one.

My SRT was stolen 3 days before Christmas…. The ST is a nice pivot though. Just miss that V8 roar. 8CB8C04C-1AE0-45A4-94E0-27C996DF86B6.jpeg
