Not the prettiest of Fords but a Torino Cobra Jet Twister is pretty darn rare. They only made about 100 of these cars sold exclusively in the Mid-West (kind of like a High Country or California Special Mustang).
I passed on buying one of these back in the 90's. I've kicked myself ever since. Huge mistake. The Super Cobra Jet's advertised 370 HP but were probably good for perhaps 40 HP more than advertised. That car would make tracks for a factory car. Headers, intake and a Holly made it even more impressive.
Gotta love the Bosses. Back in the day, you could get a Baby Boss for about the same price as a Mach 1 but the package set of the Mach 1 was kind of hard to pass on. Today a Boss 302 would be worth 3 to 4 times as much today. Who'd have thought?
