I will also be wrapping my ST in the next few weeks . I am going to wrap the complete vehicle , including the hated black plastic trim so I'm sure that will help eliminate the illusion of the wheel gap .
My intercoolers actually scheduled to be installed next Friday 6/26/20 and I was quoted $300 for roughly 3Hrs of labor. I'll be sure to take some pictures and share some insight on it after.
I guess one good thing about being in canada ... by the time my springs show up 3-4 of you guys will already have them installed and I will know exactly how much I need to cut off if that’s the case lol

yea $700 hundred seems way to high for 3-4hrs max of labor.... I'd get a some more quotes if possible. Most of the shops in my area were quoting me $400-$450 max.
Initial thoughts on the H&R springs is you might be able to trim 1/4 coil and still seat them. Gonna have to get it apart to make a final decision but with the shape of the ends you won’t be trimming much.

Usually this happens when vendors are trying to satisfy their customers and are having parts shipped directly from the manufacturer instead of going to them first and delaying the transaction .
