We drive up, she gets out of the backseat, and we continue driving on. This alert doesn’t go away the rest of the drive. Is it really not smart enough to know we’re down a guy?

Right, that’s what I should do. But what should Ford do?

For ours to come off a door had to be opened and closed while in park.

I have the same issue, but it will not go away with the 'ok' button. Still there after starting and stopping (engine off and back on)
