It's been talked about, for 8 pages. What else is left to say.

Not necessarily...they probably just did some of the same stuff ZFG dose in there tuning.
Actually it would. The 20 and 21 platinum and king ranch owners got the same engine as our ST's but detuned down to 365 hp from the factory. So an aftermarket tune would get you back the 35 hp plus what ever their tune gets you.

Ford Performance finally released a tune after years of requests to stay under warranty. And it's 30 HP for $850?! Why are we not talking about this more? What a let down. (n)
That's because:

#1 FORD is late to the game with their tune
#2 Their tune produces significantly less hp than what 3rd party tuners make
#3 Many people are wondering how FORD can offer a tune with unaddressed rear bolt shears

It's been talked about, for 8 pages. What else is left to say.
It's an internet forum. Where people are happy to ramble on for days over literally nothing.:D

It actually did age well. Based on the information Ford provided on THEIR tune it does nothing. The graph shows a "Baseline 87 Octane" vs "FPP Tune 93 Octane"......terrible comparison for a test. Of course it will make more power on 93, it is inherent to the fuel used. Now, the 2nd grade level Excel plot leads to many additional questions regarding the validity of any actual tests. Bottom line is this tune is a joke and there is zero credibility behind the “results” shown.

I share your concerns.

How can they make a "Stock vs Tuned" comparison when the stock number used 87 octane and their tuned result used Premium?
How did they get 400 hp stock on 87 octane when their own advertising stated they made that number using Premium fuel?

Either someone made a mistake on the chart (it should've read "400 hp stock on Premium"), or we're not being told the whole story.

I would've really been interested in their tune were it not for that anomaly. Guess now I'll have to wait for someone to buy it and do back to back dyno testing.

I think someone made a boo boo on the graph. The Bronco tune compares base on 93 to tuned on 93.

We know it doesn’t make the 400hp on 87. It’s a typo. The graph is a joke, however they aren’t going to show whp results, nothing Ford or Ford Performance had shown for any vehicle I’ve looked at shows whp results, so the graph is a stop gap.

I could see it bringing it up to the bronco raptor. Same engine, putting out more power than the ST.
And they did just that, in fact even a little better. I honestly don’t know why people are surprised at what ford did with this. Aftermarket will nearly always outpace what oem can do.

Ford put out a tune as they said they would. True to their word. Ford never once said how much HP the tune would have. If you want to keep the warranty no questions asked, then this is the one to go with.

Honestly, this fits my needs. Fixing the gearbox (that should have been a general update from Ford anyway) and giving a boost in power without voiding the warranty. I don't see any downside, apart from having to use 93 to unlock the benefits.

Has anyone else tried this? Would love to have some feedback from others on their experience of this exact product.

I've asked about it to my dealership, but they haven't done one yet. I don't want to be their first customer on this tune.

READ MY LIPS......NO NEW..errrr, there will never be a Ford Performance tune. Keep bugging Ford Performance all you want, it just won't happen. You will ask them in May and they'll say "end of Q3". Q3 = Q4 and so on.
This didn't age well

You folks are putting too much stock in the technical details created by the marketing department. It's likely inaccurate
