My question, like "did you receive the logs I submitted" I guess I should have searched the forum for an answer to that....
The lack of communication is unprofessional. I could care less how you feel about him. If you own a business and offer a service, you need to at least communicate. 2 weeks without a single question being answered is not good business.
By your post count, it appears you live on the forum. good for you bud, hope you can continue to be that know it all internet warrior you're striving to be... You can rest assured, you had the most helpful response ever.

If you got your tune on 8/18 it is NOT 2 weeks to 8/28. It’s, again, 6 business days to when you started crying yesterday (8/28)
It’s not even 2 weeks if you don’t count the weekend…it’s a grand total of 10 calendar days. You were never, ever promised 7 days a week, 24 hour a day service. ZFG is a business…with business hours like everyone else. So long story short..,calm down and relax. You’ll get your shit.
