Has anyone had to replace the gloss black lower front valance on their ST? It appears to be held in place by numerous clips only. It looks like it could be a high wear item and it would make sense (maybe not to Ford) to make it removable without removing grill assembly. Wondering if it can be removed and replaced with trim tools without pulling the front grill/bumper assembly. Option three may be remove lower wind deflector and get at the clips from behind the bumper. Looks like part number LB5Z-8419-BA. Looks like the part is relatively cheap and comes painted.

Yank the hell out of it and it’ll pop out….or you could try to reach in from behind and release the clips one at a time. I had a new one PPF wrapped and it still looks great.

Mine had plier marks and "defective" scribed into it from the factory. My dealer ordered a new one and sent it to me. I was able to reach in from underneath/behind and pop it off lying in my driveway.
