100% my fault. I accept the blame. That said, f*** Ford for not giving me full length jacking rails like I have on my Mustang.

I attempted to jack the front and I stupidly used the pucks with the jack stands, and not just with the jack. One jack stand slipped off and separated some of the metal frame support (guessing that’s what it’s called).

Tell me how bad this is, but realistically speaking. I don’t autocross or drive high speeds or anything like that. Also my neighbor is a welder, but I’d rather not admit to him how big of a dip**** I am.

I’d pull it back into place, MIG it back together, paint it and forget about it.

Hey we’ve all been there unfortunately. Doesn’t seem to major though. Simple enough MIG like @UNBROKEN said and you should be perfectly fine.
