It says " {something} shield".
I imagine it is supposed to be one of those clear scratch-resistant stickers for paint/body parts.
Maybe we all have one, but they forgot to peel the backing off of yours? /shrug

Could be that but could also be the useless security systems that dealers love overcharging for.
