Ohio cops can be real jerks. I got pulled and ticketed for not having a DOT health card and log book. Was driving a Hertz Rental box truck, it was under the weight and size to require them, a consumer rental. This was in the early 90's. Cop said I was close enough to the limits.

But, I also got pulled in Wisconsin for 5 over the speed limit in a F-250. He did let me go with a warning when I told him in VA they don't ticket under +10MPH.

I also got pulled in DC in my '65 Mustang. Had three lanes in my direction, three cars in front if me, all going the same speed, one on either side. A-hole pulled in behind me and flipped on his lights. I told him that hardly seemed fair, I was in the middle of a crowd of cars doing the same speed. He told me it was my turn.

We are not allowed to have radar detectors in Ontario, but we are allowed to use Waze and users do share information on where police are parked on a highway. Easy to avoid them when they show up as a warning on your display.

Funny stuff
We lived in Alabama awhile.
North Bama is speed limit is what ever traffic is doing. Do not be a hazard to navigation
Routinely 70 75 80 in 65

Moved to Texas and boom within 3 weeks..paid out lots of dollars for ....keeping up with traffic or creating the flow
