2020 - Help Identify a Possible Problem

I noticed the other day, knocking under the car when we would hit a bump or coming out of a turn, put the car up on ramps, removed the covers and everything is solid, no loose suspension, cross members, no exhaust off the hangers, everything was rock solid, still going to take it in (warranty still in place) - driving the other day and flipped it to sport mode and noticed it making what I think is the transmission, very loud? Take it out of sport mode and the same noise is there but much much quieter. I took a video of it, maybe one of you guys can help out before I take it in.

Everything sounds normal to me, anything could cause that knocking so it’s hard to pinpoint it.

Agree. Can't really say anything sounds out of place. If you feel it is louder than it has been, the downpipe welds are known to fail for MY2020-2021. I would try to visually inspect the downpipe at the upper end.

My first thought was an exhaust or intake leak, did not sound like a mechanical issue.

I will have to look at that. I did notice there is considerable knock when hitting a bump, I wonder I just cant see if, but if the welds did pop, then its hitting the heat shields. I know there is a recall from FORD on that, I have an appt for the car on Monday to get the driver seat fixed (ac not working) - having them look at a bunch of stuff, just noticed as well the other night the camera is doing the black screen blink as well, going to have them do that recall as well.

Update

So I'm totally irritated and lucky I brought it in. When the car was brought in for transmission work ('20 recalls) before I owned it, the previous service (ford dealer) decided to not put back all 4 transfer case bolts, 2 were missing and 2 were backed out an inch, just free balling it. The dealer that is by my house said if the 2 bolts that were left came out we would have be in real bad shape. So luckily no damage was done. The CC was also cracked and bouncing around. So needless to say everything seems to be in working order and from what I can tell and seeing other posts, the sport mode noise is normal

What's the CC? Catalytic Converter?
