This am I tried putting up my drivers side window and it would go up and then shoot straight down to the same spot.
Tried manually holding and timing the window to stop at the top and same thing. Shoots to the same spot near the bottom.
Took car in right away and now I'm waiting.

Here is the kicker. The lady tells me they most likely need to reprogram the window. Of course the three year warranty is up and they won't cover it lol. 200 dollars to re program it. What a load of shit. Car doesn't even have 14k on it and is a 21.
If my regular advisor was here he would somehow get it covered for me. Not this lady

Get the car back ASAP. Hold the window button to go up for 20 secs or so, do the same going down, it'll program itself to stop properly. The techs are going to do the same exact thing but you'll be out of $200

My 2013 MKZ had this problem for years. I used to fix it myself. Explorer has had it maybe once or twice, if that, in 5 years.
