Just got a new Cobb Accessport, what are the best data points to set up to track and record for data logs?

I recently got a Cobb Accessport, I've never had a tuner and I'm not sure what to setup for the gauges to be paying attention too. I put the Stage 1 93 oct with the sport tune. I know getting a custom tune is ideal but also several hundred I'm not willing to send right now. My question is what should I be logging? What are the gauges I should set up and what's the ideal parameters that I should be paying attention too? Is there software that I can learn or add to my computer to manipulate myself or any training courses you'd recommend? I can't seem to find any information out there.

Also, I noticed that there wasn't much of a difference with the 93 tune and I got what seemed to feel like better results with the 93 tow tune. Why would that be? I'm assuming the tow would just feel more torque? The tow also improved my MPH to were I was getting on average 19.5-20 MPH. Stock I was at 18 and with the 93 tune I'm at 17.

Any recommendations for set up for best MPH? I drive a lot so it would be nice to have an option for better MPH since you can easily switch to more power.

Can you switch maps on the fly while driving? I haven't seen anywhere it says you can or can't. Any help with these questions would be greatly appreciated! I'm happy to be new to the group and I look forward to many more mods to come as I really love the progress I'm seeing with just a few of the mods I've done and look forward to in the next few months.

Keep us updated. I'm done with all my bolt on's and ready to buy a tune and now that Cobb came out with one, it's one more to consider.
