    Iconic silver dirt road killer.

I knew they weren’t going to fit in the front. The spacers are behind in shipping plus im at the will of the shop doing the lift so I couldn’t keep my grubby hands away from it. I had the 1/4 spacers laying around and threw them on for science. I’m sure they are going to rub when I put the...

    Iconic silver dirt road killer.

You could have saved yourself a lot of hassle if you had done some reading or asked about wheel fit first. Your tire is too tall, that’s obvious. Now depending on wheel width and offset plus the tire that’s too big, when you put on the spacer it’s gonna rub the fenders HARD when you try to turn...

    Ethanol/Exhaust Question

Ethanol is actually GOOD for FI or high compression engines. The days of elastomers not being compatible with ethanol are gone, so no need to worry about that. You will see a slight drop in fuel economy with ethanol as it is less energy dense, so the ECU commands the system to flow more...

    Spacers

Haven't really seen anyone with factory 20s with spacers. I have factory 20s. You have any pics from the back or front? I've seen some 21s that stick out too far especially in front.

    Anyone do rear only spacers?

agree with you there, definite potential to break as you stated and much better idea to run a better offset wheel to compensate. BMW seems to do that well with their wheel placement to the the fender.

    305/40/22 Anybody Rubbing?

Hey @Mr.Clark ... so this question has been answered a bunch, but here you go. The below are pics of a +30mm offset setup. It DOES rub, just barely with Toyo Proxes ST III tires. After 25k miles on this wheel/tire setup, I am just starting to rub a little hole through the felt fender liner. It...

    Spacers

I did 1.25" front and 1.5" rear on mine. I still had to notch the back of the factory 20's for the 1.25", the 1.5" cleared just fine. My OEM 22's also cleared just fine. The wheel studs stick out about 1.375" and most wheels have a small divot on the back of the hub to clear but my 20's the...

Explorer ST Wheel Size, Bolt Pattern, Offset & Tire Information

https://support.apexraceparts.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005483093-S550-Mustang-Wheel-Tire-Fitment-Guide It seems like the bolt pattern and center bore match the S550 Mustang wheels. Only other variables would be offset, diameter, and width.

    22x9?

No clue. Those wheels are factory ford wheels from a 13-14 edge sport. I had the hub bore opened up to 70.5mm to fit a 20+ explorer. In those pics they had 1.25" front and 1.5" rear wheel spacers. According to detroit wheel and tire, they have a 39mm offset...

    18" Wheels possible.

I picked up a set of used 2020 Explorer 18" aluminum rims off a AWD Limited. They are 18x7.5 with an offset of 37. They came with 255/65R18 rubber.
